Move Agency is seeking an interim HR Business Partner to replace a maternity leave from mid-April to September 2023 for 24-32 hours. You will have 5 years of HR experience. The HR team includes driven and inquisitive colleagues who want to achieve successes together and continue to grow the organization. Move is on the move, after the merger in 2022 the ambitions have only increased. Therefore, we are looking for an energetic HR Business Partner who can continue the steps already taken, quickly create trust and maintain the balance within the HR team.
In this role you like to share your vision on HR topics. In addition to operational HR matters, you will also focus on staff retention and performance management. The current HR Manager is also working on performance tooling and the implementation and safeguarding of our new job structure (according to the Baarda model). You can also build on this.
Move Agency is a young and informal organization with 140fte across two offices in Amsterdam and Zwolle. As HR Business Partner you understand agency life and are physically visible in both offices. You actively participate in achieving the goals of the operational teams. You set clear priorities for yourself, you determine what you put your energy into and you therefore respond effectively to changing circumstances within the organization.
