In this new role, you will be energized by setting up new training courses to encourage the development of our employees. Together with Sascha, Suzanne and Kirsten you will form the HR team.

As a learning & development specialist, you identify and track the needs of employees at different levels of the organization. You advise on what training should be used and in what form. It is therefore important that you are a go-to person in which you do not lose sight of the interests of Move. This allows you to quickly gain trust and connect. With your knowledge of learning & development you inspire colleagues to get the best out of themselves in the field of personal development.
This role is new within Move Agency, so it gives you the freedom to shape it yourself. Because of your knowledge, you know exactly what steps are needed for this. A large part of your work consists of individual development, especially in the area of improving leadership and communication skills. Move also needs training in the areas of giving/receiving feedback, conflict management and assertiveness. As a learning & development specialist, you are responsible for designing and implementing these courses. In addition, you make sure that employees stay up to date on what they have learned and that all information is documented. Besides retaining our own employees, we also like to bind young professionals to Move Agency. You enjoy expanding and professionalizing the academy.
You are social, thorough and communicative. Because of your solution-oriented attitude, you come up with your own ideas/topics.
