As a web frontend team lead, you will build, mentor and coach an international team of talented web frontend developers. In the role of lead you have a combo function. You manage the web frontend team and develop the best web applications. As a developer in recent years, you have noticed that managing a team is your next step. You want to make people better by stimulating, motivating and guiding them in their development. The team is a mix of knowledge and experience and you know how to lift everyone to a higher level.
As a team lead you are the link between the web frontend department and the managing director of the Amsterdam office. You think about resource planning and are responsible for the productivity of the team.
In addition to guiding and coaching, you also work on projects as a web frontend developer. As team lead you share our love for mobile, working on great projects and you get energy from leading. You are strong communicator, have good analytical skills and do not shy away from deadlines.
