Technology, innovation and connection. Those three themes were at the center of a new edition of Move Insights. It was a special edition, exclusively for our partner Univé.

Univé x Move

Since 2020, Move has been Univé's mobile partner. Our six-person development team works two days a week (on location) to further develop the iOS and Android app. In addition to the development team, this project involves many internal stakeholders from Univé, including Business, IT and Management. Each with their own expertise, vision and wishes. Bringing all these parties together to pay joint attention to the app provides connection, clarification and depth. And that is precisely why we started Move Insights.

Uniting visions

The event was a joint initiative from Move's development team and Univé's IT department. The main goal? To gain insight and inspiration from the different (technical) visions. After the welcome lunch, therefore, four Lightning Talks took place. Two from Move, respectively about mobile-first thinking and the mobile gateway, and two from Univé. This was followed by a workshop 'App at the heart of the customer journey'. In it, participants went to work in breakout sessions on three relevant app issues according to the How Might We principle. And after discussing the solutions and the most important take-aways of the day, it was of course time for a well-deserved drink.

'A motivating, inspiring and constructive day'

Paul Dekker, Service Manager Digital at Univé looks back on the event positively. 'Today we were in a composition in which we normally don't work together. While all of us, including Move colleagues, are working towards the same goal. We were able to sharpen the route towards it and the objective itself. In an open and critical setting, this led to a motivating, inspiring and constructive day.'
